Koko Plum: The New approach to Bimini Cuisine with a twist
Now you can enjoy an order of fish fingers right by the canal between North and South Bimini. Located at the end of North Bimini, this new restaurant has it all, music, art, massage and one of the freshest food we’ve had on the island.
The view is just impressive,, the water color is one of a kind. Once you enter the establishment, you will feel welcomed. There’s local music, a Bimini native will be showing you his painting skills, you can even buy one of his creations. Have teenagers? No problem, just have them play in their beach volleyball courtyard. Stressed out? Why not get a nice massage by the sea while listening to the seagulls. They even have chairs and umbrellas for rent.
The food is incredibly fresh, we tried their fish fingers, conch fritters and they were just amazing, They have rice and fries among many other side dishes. I’ve heard their pasta salad is excellent.
So next time you are in Bimini, why not stop by this new take on local Bimini food, you will not regret it!
