The Sushi Bar @ Resort World Bimini

This is the best place on the island to get sushi, (well actually it’s the only one, lol) But believe me when I tell you, this place ranks up there of asian places on my list. Each time I go to Bimini, it’s non-negotiable, we must go at least one day. I really enjoy their fried rice as well as the Rock & Roll Shrimp Roll , which has shrimp tempura, minced shrimp, scallions, cucumber, spicy mayonnaise, and eel sauce. It is to die for! We usually start with miso soup and an order of spring rolls. Their food is fresh and definitely very gourmet.

One thing to keep in mind when ordering at any of the Resort World restaurants is that the price you see on the menu is not the final price. You have to add a 10% VAT which are the Bahamian sales tax and a 20% for service charge.

This is one thing that a lot of local establishments in town do not have, especially when paying cash. That is why I recommend bringing cash to the island because it is the preferred payment method in the local businesses.
